WHAT IS THE ACADEMY ACCREDITATION SYSTEM (AAS)?
The Academy Accreditation System (AAS) by FAS is an official, structured program developed to spot and nurture promising young football talents in Singapore. The established set of criteria guarantees that clubs and academies throughout Singapore have the ideal environment for fostering young players and strengthening the national talent pool. Unlocking the potential of local footballers across all skill levels, the AAS serves as the vital link that connects every level of the football ecosystem, from the grassroots to the highest tiers of Singaporean football.

THE VISION : PATHWAY TO PRO
Whether you dream of going pro or just love the game, AAS offers a wider pipeline for all football players to reach new heights in the Singapore football ecosystem:
- Talented players from school teams will continue to be scouted through existing FAS scouting frameworks
- All Singapore Youth League players are added to Singapore’s national database via the Talent ID system, expanding the talent pool for scouting include players from clubs and academies
This will allow more talented players to be scouted for National Development Centre programs.
